Businiess name:  Cyber Warehouse Computer Otlt
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I was referred to this business by a major cable company who had damaged my computer while making a wireless installation. I have never reviewed a businees before on this site or anywhere else. I can't tell you how very disappointed I am with Cyber Warehouse. There has been a lack of communication between the cable company , who offered to pay for a protion of the repair to my computer and Cyber Warehouse. This has gone on for months. Today, the manager was rude. I have asked for the name of the owner of the business in order to speak with him and the manager told me that that information is private. Is that ethical? In this day and age is there no owner with whom to speak or just a young arrogant manager? Where is customer service?
