I really should have read the reviews here before trying to deal with this horrible HORRIBLE office. I went to an open house on Fri for a house that we were extremely interested in renting and scheduled an appointment for my husband to see it on Mon morning. We rearranged our entire schedule, came application in hand only to be left outside closed doors indefinitely. I called the office and was told that they can not get a hold of the agent that is supposed to show the house. That we should reschedule. I asked them what happened. The receptionist was extremely rude and uncaring and told us that she is not sure that he glanced at the schedule before leaving work on Fri. (REALLY?!) Disappointed, we reschedule for the next morning. Few hours later I get a call that they have already chosen someone for the house. I only wish the best of luck to the people moving in, they will have to deal with these unprofessional rude jerks for all the time that they live there. What a shame! (I second everything that has been said about the receptionist .. and the agents - really unfriendly, really rude ... really sad)
