I'm a local and I want to love this place, but will NEVER go back. The tall Brazilian woman can be impatient, bored, and unpleasant. On a few occasions she has been borderline rude and truly unhelpful (and pushy). She seems impatient and really does appear to care. One one occasion she was actually kinda nice.
Pros: Nice shop, reasonable quality stuff
Cons: Terrible customer service at times, expensive, limited selection
