Review content:
I have had mediocre customer service since I have opened my account with Security National. I have dealt with the unhelpful, inattentive, and slow-as-hell tellers, and have dealt with their delayed statements, but tonight the best. I misplaced my debit card. After realizing that I had not seen it recently, and being unable to find it, I decided it was the smartest thing to call in and have the card deactivated. I looked up the 24 hour banking number that SNB provided on their website (which was also on the back of the card). I called the number, pressed the option for a lost card, wrote down the after hours number to call to report the card missing, and called the provided number. After 2 calls and over an hour on the phone, I find out that this company that SNB had me call to deactivate my card no longer services SNB. I called every number listed on their website, the number on my card, the number on my bank statements, with no success. My money is at risk because Security National Bank apparently thinks that lost banking information, such as a debit card, is not important or a priority to them. I am switching banks tomorrow.
Pros: Location...One on the way to work, one close to the house.
Cons: Slow service, out of date information on website and statements, delayed statements, ATM's few and far between.
