I would never rent from this company again. We picked up a mini-van and it stunk. Also, it was not completely clean. Carpeting and upholstery was very worn.
The worst part was the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. They advertise all vans as non-smoking. I have a high threshold for cigarette smells, but this was off the charts. We were leaving the next day, so we tried to air it out for the evening. However, the next morning no one in our family was even willing to get in the van due to the smell. I returned it the next morning. I explained the situation and they would not give us back the $100 deposit and would not return calls. This is just a bad company.
Luckily, we were able to get a 12 seater from Avis for the same price and we kept to our vacation schedule.
