Where do I begin? I waited on 4 different occassions for someone from Rubies to show up. They never called to say they would not make it. When I finally called they always had some excuse. They made me pay a ""deposit"" of over $200. The fifth time they did not show I told them I was tired of waiting for them and just wanted my money back. They promised me the money and then did not return it. When I phoned to ask about my money they hung up on me.
