I've had multiple packages delivered here so obviously saw nothing wrong with sending another one. I was out of town for a couple days and when I came back went straight to the office asking if they had any packages for me. The girl there told me no after barely glancing at the stack of boxes in the office. So I went on to my apartment. I had a note on the door from UPS saying that they had delivered a package to the office two days prior because I was not there. So I headed back to the office with the note and showed it to them and asked them to please check more carefully. She looked through the boxes and said that they didn't have it. Then she talked for a couple minutes about how the UPS man has been coming around four lately so thats probably the problem....??? I don't know what that had to do with anything. So I went back to my apartment and tracked the package online. It showed the exact time it was delivered and even had a copy of the office girl who signed for its signature. I called the office with this information and all she told me was that yes 'sky' signed for it but they don't check how many boxes he drops off. She also said that they do not ask for any proof of identification when people come in asking for packages, they simply ask them what apartment number. She was completely unhelpful and very rude. I asked if there was another number I could call or a manager to speak with and she informed me that she was the manager. She argued with me the whole time and finally said that she would ask the UPS man later and hung up. The office is also regularly closed when they are supposed to be open, the laundry room is extremely tiny with only 2 working dryer, and the railing is very unstable. I will definitely not be renewing my lease. Cons: poor maintenance, horrible management
