We ordered a Chopard watch from this company, after 4 months, they gave us a different watch. And they promised to refund the price difference. The saleswoman kept saying that they would give us the refund in several weeks. after couple month, they would only give store credit, then more lies. In the end, they total denied about the refund. We end up with nothing. These company is not treading customer with the least business ethics. STAY AWAY from them. I also contacted Chopard trying to resolve the issue. Chopard does not care about the customer, they only want their dealers to sell more watches and take our money with no ethics.
Pros: they are very quick at taking your cash
Cons: lie after another lie, no business ethics
