Dior has to be the friendliest boutique on Rodeo Dr. Every time I have visited the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience is enjoyable. Unlike many other boutiques on Rodeo, the staff welcomes you in and greets you with a smile, and they truly make you feel welcome, no matter what your budget might be. This boutique also stands strongly behind their products. I had purchased a wallet from a Dior boutique while in Vegas, and a strap of leather began to come loose after about 3 months of use. I went to the Rodeo boutique, and they replaced the wallet right then and there! Dior has a wonderful staff, especially Claudia. Claudia goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful experience, and that you leave very happy. Great quality, great staff, and best of all.... great shoes!
