Everytime I have tried El Chino's it has been a bad experience. You seat yourself which is fine but it has taken someone over 20 mins to order drinks and bring chips to the table. The service is very slow...it even takes a long time to get the food. The food itself is ok but would be even better if the service was better. I have gone in thinking that this time will be different but it never is. I love Mexican food and have eaten at many in Santa Cruz and this one is just not the best.
Pros: The food is ok
Cons: Terrible service!
