Very pretty apartments, but the management is SO RUDE! B-I-T-C-H-Y women! Brisa and the current manager (which changes every 3 months) Silvia, are horrible! They never return phone calls, never know what is going on. The water was turned off like once a month and they would say ""it will be back at 6pm"" and then it wouldnt turn on for several days. The pool is ALWAYS closed! Once, they sent me a threatening letter and made me take out a money order for a ONE DOLLAR discrepency on my rent payment. I gave them verbal 30-day notice to move out and Silvia told me that was fine, then when I called to see how much I owed for the first 18 days of March, she said I had to pay for the whole month because I didn't come in to sign to paper, and she said she has TOLD me that I had to when she CERTAINLY DID NOT. And Case and Associates is NO BETTER, I called and called for days to try to resolve this issue and they NEVER NEVER NEVER called me back! I even had to call the police on Silvia because she got into my face threatening me. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had renting! Brisa and Silvia need to find new jobs (ones NOT including customer service) because they are like hard up sorority sisters who hate people!
