Review content:
The staff is very unfriendly. There are no hellos or goodbyes, even at corporate offices. They are incredibly rude. They have packed the gym, so during peak hours, it is impossible to work out. They do not care if people drop weights, leave a mess behind them and they don't bother to clean up, you could literally trip over weights if you do not look. Billing problems galore. I referred a friend, was supposed to get a free month, and instead they said I was two months behind and would not fix the problem even with proof from my credit card company. The gym is understaffed at times. Most of their group classes are during everyone else's business hours. They do not have enough at night. Not worth the low price.
