Review content:
The quality of work with Hammonds Wood Floors was spectacular. They are not the cheapest place to go, but the quality of the work was outstanding.
There was a issue about the color of the floor. I was told it would be a certain color and it turned out to be much darker than what was expected. Due to this we had the floors redone. They could have been better about understanding that the communication about the color lead to the issue. Marty was a little inflexible, not acknowledging that his worker was part of this miscommunication. At the end of the day, the work was really great.
