Review content:
Management has changed at least four times during the four years I was a resident here. Maintenance takes forever to fix problems in the apartments, and have had to fix the same problems at least three different times, because every time they fix it the problem comes back, ex: garbage disposal, water leaks in a/c and under sink. Water leaks have caused mold inside cabinet under sink and on ceiling around a/c door. Some of the electrical sockets, in my apartment, do not work, even though they sent an electrician to check the apartments, they never stopped by to check mine. Management acts like any issue brought to their attention is a inconvenience. Property is always littered with trash. Pool is never clean. Laundry room machine are always broken. It took over a year after hurricane Ike for them to fix the holes in the roofs, and replace the roofs that got completely taken off, during the hurricane. Neighbors are rude, nosy people, who constantly complain to the office about ridiculous problems they make up, because they have no lives of their own to live, and like to gossip and complain to hear themselves talk.
