Buyers BEWARE!! Verbally abusive OWNER threatened to punch me in my face and many times told me to F - - k off. At one point the OWNER called me a WHINEY LITTLE BITCH and didn't care if I sued him while kicking me out of his place of business. After spending over a total of $6,000 - Here's my story: First order = 6"" BDS lift kit, 35x tires with XD Monsters. Bought a new 6"" BDS lift kit and regretted it with this company 1. Called back two weeks later complaining of WORST grinding noise coming from my front tire 2. Without hardly any trouble shooting they basically told me I would have to turn off the traction control every time I drove it. That never changed anything. A. They had no clue to how or what the issue was never calling BDS to see if there was an upgrade to the design flaw at all. B. I ended up calling BDS myself and YES there was a design flaw upgrade. 3. They tried to get me to PAY for the labor to install the upgrade A. Even after the upgrade the noise was still persistent B. I called back many times again and never could get ahold of anyone leaving multiple messages having to explain myself many times again and again C. Finally talked to the owner and was told that I would basically have to DEAL WITH IT D. At one point the verbally abusive OWNER called me a WHINEY LITTLE BITCH Second order = Traction Bar installation gone bad 1. Ordered traction bars that shipped scarred up but they installed them anyway. 2. When they installed them they installed them backwards. 3. They reordered them but canceled on me twice for re-installation times. 4. After never called me back FOR ANYTHING. I had to call myself to make a time for installation. 5. Came back the second time and waited for an hour for them to finish then received a call telling me WE CAN NOT DO THE INSTALLATION do to a missing part. After waiting an hour - They could have called me the day before telling me the part was missing and not to bring the truck down. Every time I called I was never treated like a customer and felt more of a burden to them. Possible third order; 3"" Body Lift = Twice is enough 1. Went back to replace my Traction Bars and was surprised that the OWNER wanted to punch me in my face telling me to F - - k off. 2. I assume that he was pissed that I didn't give him this order of doing the 3"" body lift.. 3. The OWNER tried telling me that I had a LIFE WARRANTY with his company and now it was void and to take my business elsewhere. REALLY - was he that surprised after the way they handled their business with me thus far...I would never in my right mind consider them for future work. I BEG the next customer to think twice about doing business with this company. Very poor customer service, no follow through on their products or service. To go so far as to threatening a CUSTOMER for being upset after numerous inconveniences caused by their lack of product knowledge and support is completely unprofessional. I lost a lot of time and money trying to get them to fix their error to begin with..
