Review content:
OOOHHH, I had Rosita's enchiladas for a take-out lunch today. UM, I think they were the best enchiladas I've had in too long! Most of the time we get breakfast tacos, take-out. We buy them by the 1/2 dozen or whole dozen depending on how many of us are at Grandmas. I like chorizo and egg, bacon, bean and cheese or bacon, egg and cheese. Oh, and barbacoa, too. Rosita's can make just about any kind of taco you could think of to eat. They serve a full menu, too. Hubby had carne guisada with rice and beans and handmade flour tortillas for our take-out lunch. I buy their delicious homemade tamales by the dozen to take back to the DFW metroplex because good tamales are impossible to find up there. Rosita's prices are so fair and the food so good. You've got to try it! Pros: The food, the variety. Cons: Parking could be better.
