I recommend Harper Carpet Care every day. I first used Harley's service 2 years ago and now I refer him to all of our clients. We do real estate preparation, and I have to be confident in the person I am sending out to my clients' houses. I regard Harley very highly and know that people will not be disappointed in his service.
Harley is very customer-friendly and his prices are very affordable. He strives for customer satisfaction and will work until his customers are happy. He does a really great job and, for the money, the value is unbelievable. He goes above and beyond.
