Review content:
Horrible experience. That pretty much sums it up. One of the absolute worse places I've ever lived in my life, despite being tucked away in the wealthy, suburban community of Coppell. The staff at this apt complex are disorganized and rarely on site. In one instance dozens of rent checks were stolen from the night drop! (I believe by an employee - who mysteriously disappeared not long after) Though this is a complex that only houses about 240 units they actually wrote 60 delinquency notices - some to residents who had lived there as long as 10 yrs and had never paid late! The next Saturday when 5 or 6 residents gathered by the locked office door it became obvious there was a problem. Despite the fact that they knew this was a criminal instance and an investigation was in process, they continued to send late payment violations! I had 4 bicycles stolen off the area, which they insist on keeping in the back darkened area of the property. If its just you and you're low maintenance or hardly ever there you might be ok, but given how old and outdated the apts are anything could go kaput. And you won't necessarily get a timely call back when it happens. No matter what the issue is.
Pros: located in coppell w/ access to their school system
Cons: staff rarely present, amenities outdated, etc
