I have been going to the Office Machines off of 635 and Preston for years do get their 2 cent copies. I needed to have a bigger job done for work so I went to the one in Addison since they make banners. Terrible idea. I went into their store, spoke with an employee about the banner. She told me to email her a blueprint of what I wanted and they would respond back telling me what the next steps would be. One week had passed and I still did not receive a response. So I called them and was met with a rude employee who continuously gave me attitude. She said that no one had seen my email. Does it take 1 week to check your emails? I don't think so. So then she said she would speak to someone and give me a call back. Its been another week and I still haven't recieved anything from Office Machines Inc. This place has terrible customer service and hires employees who don't really care about their job and their customers. My company and I will never go to Office Machines, Inc for any of our print job needs.
