Review content:
I ate a couple times at this restaurant when I lived in C-Springs and really didn't have any problems until the last visit--about 1.5 yrs ago. My wife and I had the pulled pork and had to find the part containing the meat. It was all fat run through the grinder. That was the worst I had ever experienced at this store. I agree with what another reviewer said--the quality of the meat seems to be going down. I wish they would remove the word ""Texas"" from their name, because I've eaten some good stakes and pulled pork in that State. The founder of this chain is from Colorado--I'm sure he can make a little effort to make the quality of meat his restaurants serve is much better than it is now.
