I have lived in this building twice. That should say something in itself. All units 1 bedroom. Some with balcony some without. It is convienently located at 19th Ave & Logan Sts. Walking distance to three bus lines and the light rail. Parking is an issue but with a little creativeness and a residential parking permit you should do ok. Pets welcome with deposit. Laundry in basement. Decent neighborhood. Close to Safeway (4blocks). Internet cafe (1block). Cleansers (1block). You can see Coor Field fireworks from the front porch.
