Review content:
We needed a repair after an accident on our 20 years old car. While talking to their adjuster we explained that we would like to have the car safe and driveable again, but are not concerned with the dents as the repairs will go out of our pocket.
When he presented the proposal, it was evident that they did not pay attention to the fact the repairs will not be covered by the insurance and wanted to replace several dented parts which we could have lived with being dented. In another words they wanted to put the car back into the shape as it was before the accident, not just to make it safely driveable as we have requested.
We were able to get the car repaired for 1/3 or their price somewhere else to the point of car driving safely again, but with some dents.
