I love steak, and I don't think I've had a better, more melt in your mouth cut filet than I did at Sullivan's. The martinis are delicious, and the service couldn't have been better. Everyone was so friendly and smiley. I'm not originally from Denver, I'm from Arizona where steaks are everywhere. As I've noticed there are a lot of steak houses in the downtown area, but so far, by far Sullivan's has been the best experience and taste. I asked my server what they seasoned their meat with, and it's just salt and pepper! How do they get all of that flavor into the meat with just those two seasonings?? The wedge salad was super blue cheesey, and their bread was a perfect beginning to the meal. I highly recommend going to Sullivan's and trying their steak. I know that I'm going back!!!!!
