I bought a new pair of ski boots at Ski North only to find out 6 weeks later that they were terribly uncomfortable. Even though the boots were worn for 8 hours (and a bit scuffed) and the 30-day merchandise exchange period had elapsed, Ski North happily took them back and allowed me to choose another pair of boots. They even readjusted my bindings and gave me credit for the difference in cost. Talk about a good business sense! I also found the owners and staff to be quite helpful and friendly. I would surely do business with them again!
