We went to Dr. Upchurch to get a 2nd opinion re: some long term illnesses our kitty has. She was very nice but based on research and information from specialists it seems that she is utilizing protocols for treatment that are ""old"" and no longer considered best practice. We also had a very bad experience with her front office person who was very rude to both my husband and I and snapped at us when we asked for clarification and when we called wanting to talk to the Dr. about recent developments. We never did get to speak with the doctor despite the fact that we had some significant medical needs at the time. We will no longer visit this vet as a result of these 2 issues.
