Review content:
Our family has always loved Jamba Juice for its products and great customer service, but now we are devout life-long customers because of the amazing kindness of the manager, Scott. I firmly believe in supporting business that go above & beyond for their customers and he embodies that to his core. We had some newly purchased items from a neighboring store and accidentally left them in his store. We returned quickly but they had already been taken. The employees looked everywhere and felt so bad for my son. Scott found out about it, told the amazing manager, Don, at the store we purchased them from (FYE), and they were replaced! It was so unexpected & touching, and showed my son pure unsolicited kindness. People like Scott & Don are the quiet heroes that help build faith in community. Random acts of kindness like theirs are never forgotten and I will try everyday to pay it forward (while drinking a lot of Jamba Juice & eating super yummy flatbread pizza!). BTW: The oatmeal is AMAZING!
