Ok so I have to follow up to that response. Hilary if you can tell me exactly how I was at fault I would be more than happy to have a conversation about that but lets recap the situation. 1. All you did was show up to the wedding and cash my 3500 dollar check..end of service! 2. I paid another 500 dollars to pick up my prints...end of service. 3. Called repeatedly over and over with no return calls. 4. After much frustration finally emailed you and your response to that was oh I am sorry I have been out of the country in Europe I will call you when I return...no follow up..no call! 5. Finally get you to commit to a meeting about our books after 2 years of trying to track you down and you basically left it up to us to come up with the design yet you somehow felt inclined to charge us a 150 dollar upcharge for you ""creative design"" after we spent HOURS and HOURS of our time emailing you ALL the numbers in the order we wanted them put in the book off the back of all our prints!! At that point I had EXHAUSTED all my effort I had in me to ""work"" with you because all I ever wanted was my wedding album that BTW I still don't have. You dropped the ball here and that is HARDLY my fault!! If you want to correct the situation and do us right you will and if you don't you wont. That is purely up to you. My review stays the same. You took 4350 dollars out of my pocket for 500 prints and 8 hrs of photography and 2 parent books that I designed. (I could have bought the same program for my apple computer and done the rest myself because I did the ""HARD PART"") SO all I am saying to you all out there BEWARE.. and YOU did show up to my wedding with a tank top and hairy armpits. That your lifestyle not mine and it was inappropiate to come to a formal event sporting them!!
