A horrible company to deal with. Rented from them for 3 years. Hard to get repairs done and almost impossible to get any kind of service. Once had a repair completed when I wasn't home and they left the garage open with the house unlocked when they left!
After giving notice and ending the lease they continued to say ""we are working on getting your deposit back"". Then they stopped answering the phones, returning any calls or e-mails. Ended up suing them for the money, but as Kurt Barkman makes himself extremely unavailable and the staff lies about his where abouts it is very difficult to collect. His house has large dogs guarding the property and the police even have a hard time serving him documents.
Best to stay away. You don't even want to deal with the headaches... Kurt Barkman the owner has had is Real Estate Licensed revoked because of complaints and bad business practices.
