Review content:
In the 2 years that we rented from them we were never impressed. They don't care when something goes wrong with the house and needs to be repaired. It took 3 voicemails of me telling them we had water leaking from the bathroom into the basement before they called a plummer. I say 3 voicemails because they never answer the office phone when you call. We turned in our move-in checklist with a few things noted that we needed repaired. They completely ignored the list and never fixed anything. No use calling them over and over because they don't answer the phone. I even stopped by their office 2 different times thinking I could talk to them in person but both times there was a note on the door saying they were out of the office. I noticed the older reviews on here said nice things about the company, but today in 2011 it seems they oculd care less about their renters.
