For years I've been going to Pastor's to get my daily coffee. When I saw the sign that they now rent RVs I thought, what a fun vacation that would be! It's something a little different that we have never done before. I asked the gal in coffee bar if it would be alright to take a peek at them and the owner herself came out and gave me a tour. She had just sanitized the motorhome and said I could look but not touch as it was all sterile. As a clean freak, I appreciated that.
With two young teenagers who would rather play on their iPhones than hang out with mom and dad we wanted to do something that we could enjoy all together. We took the kids down the coastline for Spring Break. It was a blast! I was a bit nervous to drive something that big (I'm a Honda civic kind of girl) but found it was actually not too scary. And, renting a motorhome was actually cheaper than if we would have rented hotel rooms!
I can't say enough good things about our experience and look forward to our next vacation. Next time we're thinking of driving to Disney!
