Review content:
These guys are great. I placed an order for pizza delivery through their website this weekend. I guess they were a little busy, because the pizza took almost an hour to get to my house. I checked the status on their webpage when I realized they were running behind. I was able to track the order and I saw that the delivery guy had just left their store. A few minutes later, he was at my door. He apologized for the delay and the pizza was nice and hot. I'm a patient person and I really wasn't upset over the delay at all. I never did call the store and complain, all I did was check the status online. Well, I guess the manager is serious about customer service. I got a gift certificate for a free pizza in the mail today, along with a personal letter from the manager apologizing for the delay. Wow. I never called and I never complained. I'm VERY impressed that the manager keeps track of delays like that and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. He's a rare breed and I'll be writing a letter to Domino's corporate office to commend him.
Pros: Great pizza and excellent service from this branch.
Cons: Pizza was a little late, but they are serious about keeping folks happy.
