Review content:
I have been going to Drive Rite for ten years now and hate to say but I am very disappointed in what happened to me today. My check engine light came on last Friday, drove my 2003 Highlander straight home and left it parked until this moring (Monday). Tried starting it this am but had no luck...would not start, just made ""clicking"" noises. Called AAA for a tow and informed Drive Rite what had happened since Friday. Drive Rite called back a couple of hours later, saying that all I needed was a new battery. Good news...no expensive repairs...right???? Was told that the cost would be $130 for the battery, $25 labor cost and $50 dollars to diagnose the problem. Pretty expensive battery but what can I do...car is imobile and at the shop. Approve the cost.
