Review content:
I live far away from their offices near Sacramento, which made me a little worried to do business with them. However, my worries were unfounded when they showed up on time early Saturday to install my new windows. The install crew was extremely professional and clean. They were respectful of covering their shoes to walk on the carpet, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The salesman who came by (Carl) was very knowledgeable and helped me make the difficult decisions.
I researched a lot of companies before settling on this one. I feel like I was taken care of and that the whole process was very fast.
I did have one problem with the caulk above my new sliding glass door, but the owner came out and fixed it himself. I wish I had noticed it the day of the install, but it was a pretty minor mistake.
