Not alot I can say to all of the reviews listed here. No one except ""Loser"" has any clue. If you were to pay your debts before it went to a collection agency, you wouldn't have to deal with them. I use them for my business collections and yes, I get complaints about them. But the complaints stem from Universal refusing to let my ""clients"" off the hook for a debt they owe me. I get a kick out of it when they call me and tell me Universal was mean to them, that they wouldn't take $20.00 a month payments on a $2000 debt. In fact, if they even tried to make that arrangement with me, they wouldn't be dealing with Universal right now. Grow up and pay your debts. otherwise, hard working people, like myself, wouldn't have to suffer higher costs for everything due to you not paying your bill!
