Over a year and a half ago, I sent an 11' Quicksilver collectible gun to Scott Whitmer on a surf industry recommendation for some minor cosmetic repairs. Over the first few months he said he would eventually get to it because he wanted to do an especially good job. When I called after six months asking about my board, his father kept answering the phone and said how embarrassed Scott was that he hadn't completed the board and that they would get it back to me within a matter of weeks. IT HAS NOW BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF, I CAN'T GET A RETURNED PHONE CALL AND HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE. His father's and his own promises appear to be worthless and I'm out a $1500 board. What would you do when someone acts so dismally? By action, this guy is a liar and apparently a thief...I would NEVER recommend giving these people anything of value again. And, if you think I'm some raving nut, your welcome to call me for details anytime, or better yet, call Scott and ask him where in the hell my board is?!? Mike at 310-459-2600.

Cons: Took my board and won't return it...seems a lot like theft..............
