Review content:
Mediocre apartments. I was charged for re-keying, and it wasn't re-keyed. I have asked for 'emergency' service, and they delivered nicely. They said the carpets had been shampooed, and the dirt was really visible. Not just dirty, physical dirt and grit on the floors. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely cleaned, though. Kind of up and down. I do think they're friendly and try to accommodate, but may be a little understaffed. But apartments are REALLY affordable. I'd say a good value for the money....you're not getting the Hyatt, but you're not paying for it, either. If you're on a budget and want a decent place, call them.
Pros: Affordability, OK budget housing. And they allow cats, a plus for a lot of people.
Cons: Service erratic, some things took a pretty long time to do.
