I have been coming to 4 ON 6 for 5 years now . The quality of fish is exquisite. Chef Saito is a sushi master and anyone who has interest in Sushi MUST try this place. I walk in feeling at home, I am treated like a king and the taste ALL the fish is just perfection. Anything you order will be Great, ranging from the Uni all the way to a simple California roll, which is made with real crab. Please disregard the review written two below, as the person who wrote it must be mental or INSANE!!! The Albacore is the best tasting albacore I have tried ANYWHERE...Even better then Nobu in NY, Matsuhisa, Sushi Gen in Downtown LA, or R-23. 4 ON 6 is the best most authentic sushi restaurant outside of Tokyo without having to pay $2000 for the flight.
Pros: Customer service, Jazz Music...ALL THE FOOD...Oh and Jun and Saito of course!
