had called another plumber prior to calling Chino Valley Plumbing (Brian's Plumbing) on a Thursday afternoon to do some work for me. Brian show up 3 hours later but say it was a lot of work and say he will be back next week on Tuesday. So I am calling Brian Monday night but could only leave a message because no one answer the phone. I followed that call with 3 more called on Tuesday and finally I got him but he said I did not leave him my phone number of which I did (4 times). He than agree to come out to in 3 hours, but soon called me back and told me he was sick and will need a week to recover.
So Brian had me wait 6 days and at the end did not show up or try to call me back.
I ended up calling Chino Valley Plumbing and Tim was GREAT! He gave the price over the phone and came out in 15 minutes, and finished the job in less than 2 hours.
I like to thank Brian for making me find a GREAT plumber (Tim) and hope he gets well soon.
