Called to have my car towed to my residence on a Friday. On Monday, after wondering where my vehicle was, I called and he said it ""slipped his mind."" When they finally did bring the car he parked it facing the wrong way. The next morning I see my car is finally here and there was a parking ticket because it was parked illegally. I called to let them know and the lady who answered the phone said, ""we ain't gonna pay no parking ticket."" Then John got on the phone and told me ""you can push it in the lake for all I care.""
