I am a first time Chevrolet owner, and brought my 2008 C6 Corvette to Weseloh Chevrolet for service, not knowing what to expect from this Chevrolet dealership. These guys went out of their way to make sure they covered everything and made my experience with Weseloh as pleasant as possible. I was first greeted by Service Consultant Mike Smith. He listened to all my concerns while offering knowledgeable comments that made me feel like I was leaving my car in good hands. There were a lot of repairs that had to be made which required special parts to be ordered. Mike kept me informed with the progress which let me know they were doing their best to expeditiously address all the repair concerns. I also interacted with Service Manager Dennis Roach. I sat down with Dennis in his office, and he explained all the details regarding the repairs and he provided me with information I needed to know in regards to doing future business with Weseloh (I.E. drop box info. rental car Info, process for checking out the car and scheduling repairs, etc.) Although my experiences with Mike were great, Dennis took the costumer service up another level.
