When I went to Alyssas Bridal, Michael and Imad both helped me with the selection, purchase, ordering, alterations, fitting and steaming of my wedding gown. They were always extremely patient, helpful, and professional. I tried on just about every style of dress in the shop before deciding on the first dress I tried on. It was perfect, except it was strapless and I was uncomfortable with that, so they designed beautiful beaded caplet sleeves for it and had them made. It made my dress perfect. During the fittings for alterations Michael and Imad were never inappropriate in any way (and I am extremely modest). This is not David's Bridal, these people are professionals at what they do and they must touch you in order to pin your dress and make sure it is perfect for alterations. They want the dress to be done right. I also paid for my dress and the alterations up front at the time I placed my order. The dress came in on time (almost exactly the date that they estimated) and all alterations, fittings and steaming were done in the necessary time frame. They are fabulous and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my dress. I would recommend Alyssas Bridal to everyone. It is the only wedding shop I would send anyone to. Also prices were great! The quality of their dresses is amazing for the price.
