The absolute worst customer service EVER! The manager is the rudest person I ever had the displeasure of communicating with!! My car had been in their shop for four days for the same problem they repaired 2 days earlier, because the incompetent mechanic couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Any time they said they would contact me, they never did. When I called, Larry had the NASTIEST attitude ever. At one point I mentioned the lack of communication, and he got real defensive and started swearing! Having had enough, I had it towed to another mechanic, and come to find out, they dismantled part of the dash and left everything hanging out! They didn't even fix it....then to add insult to injury, they kept the screws !!! When I called to ask for the screws... Johnny the JACKASS ( that's my nickname for the mechanic), First tried to say he never took the panels off...SO ANYONE WHO TAKES THEIR CAR IN TO GET FIXED...BEWARE!!! THERE IS A PANEL DISMANTLING PHANTOM ON THE LOOSE AT COMPLETE AUTO!!!! Then...he tried to blame the the tow truck driver for steeling the screws...What Johnny the jackass didn't know was that I was right behind the tow truck driver in a rental when they towed my car...and secondly, Really !!! what the hell would a tow truck driver want with some screws ??? give me a freak'n break !! what kind of place is this ? The only thing they are complete in is SUCKING!! The tires are crappy too. I had them put 4 new tires on and two days later one was flat....while in their shop getting repaired and they wouldn't fix it!!
