I love La Cascada wraps and burritos because they always use fresh and healthy ingredients like corn, black beans, and chopped bell peppers in lieu of the usual refried beans. If you're looking for ""real"" mexican food, this place is probably not for you, but it is a must-try for the health conscious. The staff is always very nice and friendly, and food is generally served pretty quickly.
