terrible service they could not get me a pair of glasses that I could see with, the first pair the lab messed up, second pair same thing,after waiting two months I decided to get tri-focals instead of progressive and the tech raised the lines. I could not see anything. I of course became very upset, did I mention I paid over $ 700.00,they said I would be charged more to have them sent back to be corrected. Because they could not do their job I am still without glasses and no refund. I have tried to talk to the dr., but he has yet to call. What a great way to screw over customers. I would advise people to go somewhere else.
