I love US BANK. I used to work for them. So when I left the company I kept my accounts with them..the sad part is this branch is the only one close to my house..and they are horrible They have the worst customer service ever!!!! I was trying to deposit my checks and my dad wrote that check to me..and that check is an US bank account too..they won't let me deposit it..because they thought it was a fraud..my dad had to drive to the branch to inform them that he wrote the check to me...and not just that I made an ATM deposit..I wrote my acct on the back of the check..and guest what..they deposits the funds on the wrong ACCT!!!!
