I've attended Thai Siam a few times and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. I've participated in large group activities and they've been willing to create space and move us as our group exceeded initial expectations.
There's something for everyone and the spring rolls are to die for. Whenever I tell my friends I'm heading to Salt Lake they groan and tell me to bring them back some spring rolls from Thai Siam!
The quality of the food beats any other Thai place I've been to. At other places I've had the infamous 'spongy' beef or chicken but at Thai Siam I get tender delicious cuts of quality meat and poultry.
Keep up the good work and I'll be back whenever I'm in Salt Lake!
