Review content:
In 2004 I had 16 Eurocraft windows installed by Evans Glass, Inc. Seattle, WA. It was done professionally and efficiently by about 6 men, in one day. I have tile windowsills and they successfully installed all 16 windows with a minimum number of tiles sustaining small cracks. They even came back to add additional molding around the three front windows when I requested it, after the installation was complete.
The windows are beautiful but:
1. Some of the ""locks"" no longer work.
2. The installers had a difficult time installing one of the windows and green mold has been collecting along the bottom of the window, both inside and outside, and also growing in the window track. I clean them regularly but it keeps returning.
3. I have tried in vane to reach Evans Glass but only get a busy signal.
4. They have no email address to handle customer service.
5. The warranty appears to be non-existent through this company.
6. I will now have to resort to sending a letter to Evans Glass in order to contact them. If I do not receive a prompt reply and repair/replacement of those items no longer working, I will need to send a letter to Eurocraft.
7. No reputable company should force customers to take these measures in order to receive service.
