Review content:
I, too, had problems with the installation of my Evans Glass windows (a broken pane). However, reading the reviews herein, I noticed that a Matt Flath had responded from the company. I had first called the company about mid-April, after having windows installed March 31, and did not get a satisfactory response. Called again April 30, was told my replacement window was in and an installer would call me in seven days to set up a schedule. That didn't happen. So, looking for reviews I ran across this site. So, called Matt Flath on May 9. He called me back the same day, and then sent an internal message to someone in the company. I received a call back from that person the same day, and scheduled an installer at my home on May 14. The installer has just left, after completing installation of a new pane in my window. I suggest that others having a problem call Matt at his company phone (1-800-875-2250, ext 112). However, since he is often travelling, send him an e-mail at the address shown in his ""review"", and I believe he can help you.
