I recently tried to make a reservation for a party of 20 for my birthday. First I was advised that any reservation with a party over 10 had to talk to the event planner, so left my contact phone number. This was not a problem. The problem was I never heard back from the event planner, I called him three times and finally spoke with and when I did he was very short and rude. He was supposed to email the contract the next day, well i didn't receive that the next day. So i called the manager he gave the phone to event planner who said he would email it over in a couple minutes. I received the contract at 8:00 pm that night, which was 3 hours later. When I did the charges were absurd, $250 if one party does not show up, they give you 20 minutes after your reservation for your entire party to show up, if not they charge 250.00. The initial reservation process was horrible, so I called another restaurant in Atlantic Station and made one phone call and my reservation was set. Don't have a large party hear.
