Review content:
I've been to many Indian restaurants in LA (mostly in the Westside) and I have to say that for authentic Indian, Agra has been the best. After moving to the area I first went to Tantra and while the food was good, there weren't the dishes I had expected to find. I have to say that I feel lucky to have found Agra and have been comparing all Indian food I've eaten since to Agra's. I was worried the first few times I went because the place was empty. It wasn't a good sign but I couldn't deny that the food was very good. As a vegetarian, I can't speak for any of the meat dishes but the vegetarian dishes are all very well prepared. I would especially recommend any of the spinach or potato dishes. The bhindi masala is tops. The vegetable biriyani is excellent and the naan is perfectly baked/toasted. I agree with the other poster that it has the feel of an Indian restaurant in the UK having lived there.
Pros: Best Indian food in town, very reasonable prices
